HKPC ESG One is excited to partner with TVB for the “SME ESG Excellence Awards” as part of the TVB ESG Awards 2025. The judging process has successfully highlighted outstanding achievements in ESG, and the first "SME ESG Excellence Award" received participation from 110 inspiring SMEs. This competition includes categories “Business Decarbonization”, “Employee Care”, “Supply Chain Partnership”, “Sustainable Governance”, and “ESG Tech Enhancement”. Join us on December 19, 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to honor the remarkable enterprises recognized for their exceptional ESG practices. This Ceremony will inspire more businesses to pursue their ESG journeys.  

Sustainable development has transitioned from a core issue to a standard for development in the international community. In 2025, TVB will partner with the Hong Kong Productivity Council ESG One to launch a new forum series and the "Hong Kong SME ESG Excellence Award," aimed at more effectively guiding the business sector towards sustainable development. The TVB Green Forum and the launch ceremony for the "TVB Environmental, Social and Governance Award 2025" will be held on April 28, 2025. Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the "Action Plan on Further Strengthening the Construction of the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutral Standard Measurement System (2024-2025)", which clarified the period from 2024 to 2025. A timetable and roadmap for the formulation and implementation of standards in the "dual carbon" field, and specific arrangements for the carbon peak and carbon neutral standard measurement work in the two years after the "14th Five-Year Plan" in terms of standards and measurement.

HKPC has proudly supported the reputable ESG forum, "ReThink HK," for five consecutive years. We will collaborate with various sectors to promote progress in sustainable development for Hong Kong businesses.

ESG One has achieved significant success since its launch in January 2024, with strong community support and positive feedback. Over 400 companies have joined as members, benefiting from ESG knowledge and collaboration. Supported by 170 organisations, a mid-term review event will take place to assess progress and introduce new member benefits.

To help local logistics SMEs keep abreast of the latest technological trends in the industry, support the logistics sector in nurturing more professionals for upgrading and transformation, and encourage the development of the industry towards smart and green logistics by making good use of government funding support, the "LOGTECH Expo 2024" will be held on 12-13 June at HKPC Building, Kowloon Tong.
 

HKPC (Hong Kong Productivity Council) has been working hand in hand with enterprises to expand the ESG field. This time, we are collaborating with JCIApex to co-organize the "Corporate ESG" opening ceremony, ESG strategy, and green finance activities, aiming to promote sustainable development in the ESG field and accompany the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. 

Tracy Zhou , Associate Principal Consultant, Carbon and ESG Solutions of the HKPC also served as a guest speaker, sharing the latest sustainable development trends and the importance to small and medium-sized enterprises.
