The thorough adoption of corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles is creating a ripple effect in the job market. By 2030, climate change adaptation is projected to rank as the third-largest driver of net global job growth, contributing an estimated 5 million additional jobs. Looking ahead, ESG will continue to fuel the "new quality" development demands across industries, aligning with global ESG trends. This empowers businesses to generate long-term value, manage risks effectively, and establish themselves as responsible corporate citizens.
