Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the "Action Plan on Further Strengthening the Construction of the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutral Standard Measurement System (2024-2025)", which clarified the period from 2024 to 2025.
